Let's see: Visual Studio or Delphi, which are Windows only, are acceptable, but 
Janus Ada is not because it's Windows only.

There's also Object Ada, which like Janus Ada competes with Visual Studio and 
Delphi in the Windows area, and the FSF version of GNAT, which is available for 
a number of platforms.
