Cygwin is one of the first things I install on any new Windows system I sit down
at. It makes Windows acutally usable. :-)

I don't generally have much trouble with it and Gnat. The only issue is that
they both have their own gcc (assuming you even bother to install cygwin's), so
its a bad idea to setup both of their paths in the same command prompt.
