The old Walnut Creek CDs had a browsable index; the version hosted at
archive.adaic.com definitely has such indexes. So they're already
"webified", at least at a first cut level. (Those included the PAL along
with other stuff.) See http://archive.adaic.com/ase/.
Of course, it would be useful to have build scripts, applicability to
various compilers (way too much free code only works with one compiler), and
other information. There's always more that can be done.
