With GNAT code, there is often (lazy, IMHO) use of 'Unrestricted_Access. And
of course, lots of people use various GNAT library packages which have to be
replaced by something else in order to port.
For Janus/Ada to GNAT, it's mostly library dependence, and as you say,
compiler bugs. (The worst ones being where the compiler allowed something
that shouldn't have been legal, those are often painful to remove.)
