Now that I look at it more closely, it actually has "REFERENCE MANUAL FOR THE 
Ada® PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE" on the spine. Inside it says "For sale by the 
Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 
20402". I probably got it in 1984, from Martin Marietta.
