Now that I look at it more closely, it actually has "REFERENCE MANUAL FOR THE AdaŽ PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE" on the spine. Inside it says "For sale by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402".
