Just put comments after the specification. These will show up when you
fly over any occurrence of the subprogram name in GPS - Very convenient

The outline view in GPS shows you this - and the flyover feature of GPS
works there too

Especially for implementation, nothing beats appropriate (repeat:
"appropriate") comments in the code.
