GNAT GPL 2012 is only available from Libre, that is what I used. Download
that from Libre website (select linux) and install it. Do not
use the package manager version of GNAT, that will be older one.

Do not remove anything manually. Install Lapack and Blas from
the cynaptic package manager. Search for liblapack3gf and
libblas3gf and select them and install them. That is all.

Then define in your .bashrc file the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

I did not install acml myself.
