If Randy is using DNS-blocklist rejection and you are unfortunate
enough to share an IP address with a spammer, you will get a notice
back that your mail did not get through.  You can then decide whether
to try an alternate contact mechanism.

If Randy is using DNS-blocklist teergrubbing, and you are unfortunate
enough to share an IP address with a spammer, you will get a notice
from your own ISP after whatever length of time they choose to give up.
