This is a very usual problem, in fact a FAQ.  I got so far as to find 'man
pages' on such a tool, but could never locate an executable.  You can read

Rational Rose has some level of reverse-engineering capability, but I've
only "played" with it, never seriously used it.

Can you be a bit more specific? From what to what? From object code to Ada?
From Ada to UML? From Ada to to DFD's?

Try http://www.cccc.com. That had a product named "The Book". This 
was a smart reverse-engineering tool for Ada. I don't know what
is the current status of the project; I left the company over a 
year ago.

You read it out loud, tape it, then run the tape in reverse to listen
for secret or demonic messages (e.g. "paul is dead", "satan is king", etc.)

I think what he wants is to turn Ada code into UML diagrams.
