  "Software Components with Ada" by Grady Booch
has a nice set of chapters on various data structures. The first
section of each one has "The Abstraction; Constructors; Selectors;
Iterators; Imports; Exceptions; Forms" and each ends with "Analysis
of Time and Space Complexity".
