Is an application compiled and builded with the compiler a derived
work ?
What does exactly mean “ derived work ” ?

I'm not sure I've understood line sentence “ do not change a line of
code and distribution of your derived work will only depend on what it
depends ”

and builded with either GNAT GPS or MinGW Ada compiler, not a version
of MinGW Ada nor a version of GNAT GPS.
