That's going to be difficult in general because you would do things
differently in the two languages.
I am achieving great success with a massive, ugly Perl script that
converts Pascal to Ada, but it relies on textual regularity in the
Pascal source, does some project-specific tweaking, and does not
implement certain features that I don't use, such as standard Pascal
IO and `with' clauses.
