I want you to write a human resources website on netbsd using ada.
It would cover input forms for job seekers, along with screen to rate job seekers, give them skil quizzes, and track onboarding of hires, and lastly a feedback forum for how the software was working for users, both hr pro, and job seeker.

What other programs would you need aside from ada?

Could you use just ada data structures or would you need say postgresql?

Since its ada, would things be easier to evolve and improve later compared to say ruby on rails etc?
