I think we crossed wires; I was thinking about implementing the Ada
runtime
via BP7; this would (in theory) allow me to compile Ada 'normally' (w/

having to mess with making a zero footprint and Standard) and load it
up as
the OS... this would give me the advantage of being able to run the OS
as
either "just another program" [for testing and such] and also as the
actual
OS for a machine.

(That setup is actually pretty useful for debugging; it's what I used
before though with DOS & BP7 rather than Windows & Delphi.)

*nod* - Just because it's "old" doesn't mean it's not effective...
The Mosin-Nagant and the 1911-design are proof of that, though in the
realm of firearms rather than computers.
