why can't i install claw?

when i execute mkshapes.bat as explained in the installation
instructions, gcc tells me that the binding failed.

i'll paste the error message to the end of this message. All above the
bind works well.


(btw. what does this mean - i didn't do it: "Set Gnat path environment
appropriately")
