Dear Simon,
What is tdm-gcc-webdl.exe and where did you get it from?
I used TDM-GCC-5.1.0-3.exe and gcc-5.1.0-tdm-1-ada.zip from http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net
Perhaps this is the difference?
