Interest in Ada grows 43% year over year

In May 2008, there were 7 participants at the Ada-Belgium general
assembly and barbecue. This year, 10 people have registered. On both
occasions, the event attracted people from several countries who
specially made the trip to Belgium. The increase of 42.85714% is
statistical proof of Ada's rapid rate of adoption.

I look forward to meeting you all this Sunday (I'll bring supporting
material for discussion of the Beaujolais Effect, of course).

welcome ?

If it is not a restricted audiance, I may take part and help
statistics to increase next year (I'm not so much far from Belgium).

As explained in the announcement[1] posted here a couple of weeks ago
(and the reminder), anyone is welcome to attend. The barbecue is free
to Ada-Belgium members (i.e. already paid as part of their
membership); non-members are welcome nut must pay 10 euros (or become
members). Everyone must register by email prior to the event.

Yannick,

I will go to this meeting even I am not an Ada professional.
I have write less than 3000 lines of Ada code in small projects, just to 
discover this interesting language.

But be careful with that language. You can become addicted! And it is 
not easy when you are obliged to use other languages in your 
professional life!

Be also careful with the Beaujolais side effect ...
