Hi all,
I'm using an old(ish) version of Alsys's RISCAda, running under Solaris.
I've got a few tasks running concurrently, using their TELEGEN2
multi-threaded support for tasks. My question is: is it possible to get
one of the tasks to be prompted at arbitrary, but regular time intervals
WITHOUT using delay?

Whenever someone asks a question of the form
I am trying to do X in Ada, but I do not want to use feature Y (which
is clearly appropriate, and even specifiucally designed for the purpose)
In such cases, it is very helpful if you explain WHY you don't want to
do things in the obvious manner, since it suggests that you have some
problem you are trying to work around.
