I did not forget that, but people all the time say, "if only GNAT had
xxx, it might be useful". From experience, I ignore all such statements
unless they are in the context of serious negotations.

yes, one would use the initialization hook for this. We will be glad to
help any supported user of GNAT with the necessary procedures.
