help installing gnat on alpha dec osf 4

Has anyone else that selected configure option 3 (specify the
directories) had any problem installing gnat on alpha dec osf 4? 
Everything seems to work until I get to the link stage when I get the
following unresolved symbols errors:

gnatmake hello
gnatbind -x hello.ali
gnatlink hello.ali

I would strongly recommending asking questions like this on the chat@gnat.com
list. You are much more likely to find helpful informal help there on
GNAT installation problems!
