Christoph asks

"Is is possible to build executables for SOLARIS or HP-Unix on a Intel
Win32 machine?. If so, which file sets do I have to install an where can
I find documentation.

Thanks
  Christoph.Ruch"

It is quite possible, but if you are asking the questoin at this level, you
should be warned that this is not a trivial process, and you will have to
become familiar with the general building procedures for gcc, and
understand how the make file works. This is definitely not a plug-and-ply
operation that can be done by someone with no knowlegde of GCC.
