Does anyone know of a compiler for ada that will work on an IBM PC that
is availible through anonymous ftp?

if so, please e-mail me of post here the location of such a program.

GNAT is available by FTP from cs.nyu.edu (directory pub/gnat) for many
targets, including eight different operating systems for the PC (DOS,
OS/2, Linux, Nextstep, Solaris, NT, FreeBSD, SCO Unix). The DOS, OS/2
and Linux ports are for sure up to date (2.04), and if you have a choice
OS/2 or Linux is preferable, since tasking is supported (tasking is not
yet supported on the other PC operating systems).
