The new documentation of GNAT states that a new tools called GNATMAKE shouwl be available.
I installed the V2.04 dos version but I am missing it. Is it deliberately left out of the distribution??

The original 2.04 DOS distribution was missing several files, due to
a make file glitch (we find that the language of the make utility is
not as easy to work with as Ada :-)

There is a new 2.04 available now at cs.nyu.edu that should correct the
problems, thanks to Mike and his group jumping on the problem right away.
