Then I'd recommend that you write "Jerry <lanceboyle@qwest.net>" in the
"From:" field. You don't need to use a false name. Only the email
address needs to be false to avoid spam.

That doesn't surprise me at all. You have in effect introduced yourself
as "Lance".
