ISO 8601.  But it requires representations of date-and-time
to have the date and time parts joined by a letter "T".
Lots of people don't like this and do what you show,
separate them by a space or other delimiter, but
technically while this consists of conforming 8601
representations for date and time, it is NOT a
conforming date-and-time representation.  :-{

OTOH ANSI X3.135-1992 SQL does require
"yyyy-mm-dd hh:nn:ss" with a space.

Standards are such fun.
