Hello, Everyone,

So no one is left out, I plan to gradually phase in the use of PAL-ANNOUNCE
over about a week, starting today.  Announcements about changes to the PAL
(additions, changes to items already in it, etc.) will be posted to both
comp.lang.ada and PAL-ANNOUNCE.  After about a week, I will stop posting
to comp.lang.ada.

I felt that the activation of PAL-ANNOUNCE is a useful step, reducing
congestion on comp.lang.ada and not bothering those readers of comp.lang.ada
who have no interest in the PAL.

The PAL FAQ will continue to be posted to comp.lang.ada from time to time
so new readers who have not yet heard of PAL will be informed.
