A large amount of activity is now underway to complete placing PAL into
full operation. A body of software that was used to run the ASR is now
being ported over to WUARCHIVE. A FAQ for PAL is being prepared. The
mirror sites are being realigned. The ASR Mini-Industry has been shut down
and an announcement will soon go out on a PAL Mini-Industry (pending
approval by Washington University at St. Louis). An extra 3.5G - 4.0G
bytes of disk space is being added to WUARCHIVE, freeing up space for the
mirrors and for PAL.
Your patience is appreciated. I expect PAL to come to full operation in
2-3 weeks.
