Magnus Kempe has done us a great service by creating
and maintaining the Ada Mosaic system.  I have picked
up references to other useful ones such as the SEI and
the requirements engineering.
It seems that there must be a directory of URLs somewhere.
(The mother of all home pages so to speak).
Anyone know about this?
