It used to be you could sent bug/issue reports to 'report@adacore.com', with or without a customer number. Reports without a customer number get lower priority.
I don't see that anywhere on the AdaCore main or libre sites, and it's been a while (4 years!) since I had a support contract, so that may not be true any more.
