Native as in not having to go through a large binding to access the
underlying opertion. Claw is "native" as it sits (almost) directly on top
of the Windows calls. But GtkAda on Windows isn't native as it
doesn't use the underlying OS GUI routines (or at least not in any
way that could be described as close).
