Hello,
I tried to use glade and I have this problem using gnatdist ...

gnatdist: calculator caller stubs is up to date
gnatdist: calculator receiver stubs is up to date
gnatdist: building partition partition1
error: "s-parint.adb" must be recompiled ("s-osinte.ads" has been modified)

error: "s-garhea.adb" must be recompiled ("s-osinte.ads" has been modified)
....
error: "s-rpc.adb" must be recompiled ("s-osinte.ads" has been modified)
error: "s-rpcpoo.adb" must be recompiled ("s-osinte.ads" has been modified)
error: "s-rpstio.adb" must be recompiled ("s-osinte.ads" has been modified)
gnatdist: /usr//bin/gnatbind failed
gnatdist: *** can't continue

What is this error ?

Please tell us where you got gnat and glade and what platform you are
running on.
