Does someone know how to implement COM interface in Ada? I found an
article which cites a how-to in adapower.com, but the link does not
exist there.

Did you heard about Orbit ? It is a CORBA binding for Ada

You may see there to learn more :

It seems to be a kind of a de-facto standard (I oftenly see mentions
to Orbit in the Ada area)

I have a VB application which I do not have access to the code, but I
know the interfaces. So I have to handle these interfaces. Basically it
´s that.
