That's a hard question to answer.
Ada as it is now, could certainly have them -- the Standard allows implementation defined pragmas and aspects -- indeed, the advent of CUDA was [IMO] a very big lost opportunity. Had nVidia used Ada + pragmas & aspects instead of C + [essentially] embedded-GPU-assembly-directives it would have done a *LOT* to boost Ada's reputation in parallel (it used to have a good one) as well as spur on development of making GPU-enabled tasks [fairly] automatic. (Randy disagrees w/ me on this.)

The "tasklets" (parallel block/for/etc) that are in Ada2020 do a lot of that, and will probably be useful for compilers that are GPU-code enabled.
