It says: Version 4.4.2 Aug 01, 2004
Freeware Drawing Program for LaTeX and Windows
So if I use Windows should I go for the older version TexCad32 version 4.4.3 of Aug. 2004 rather than the new TexCad but of version 4.3? Both seem to work on Windows.
