The AdaCore web provider broke an optical link between two physical 
sites, resulting in down connexions for 56 of his clients during 25h, 
including AdaCore.

Everythings is ok now.

Thank you for the info.

Also note  don't pay too much attention to all the grumbling we are 
doing here with respect to AdaCore. We have to grumble about something :)

Actually, I am just happy because this is probably the most c.l.a 
traffic we have had since the early 90's :)

I have been unable to reach the Libre site for more than 48 hours now. 
Is anyone else having better luck?

Thanks, you made me investigate further. Apparently there's a broken 
firewall somewhere along the path, messing with the TCP window scale 
factor. I got through it by turning TCP window scaling off, thereby 
throttling my bandwidth.
