The job market in general is a little tight right now. No doubt about that.
It would be nice to see Ada jobs collected there at the AdaIC so there was a
good spot to look for them. However, its a bit much to expect that all the
headhunters with jobs to fill in Ada are going to know about the AdaIC and
the job postings there. It would be helpful, but it just isn't likely to
happen.

Probably a better idea would be to get people who are actively working on
commercial projects in Ada to offer up a brief description of their projects
and provide a link to the companies doing them. That way, those interested
in Ada jobs would at least be able to know what companies they should send
their resumes to. It wouldn't hurt as far as providing "Ada Success Stories"
as well.
