I pleased to announce a (limited) Ada sound recording API for Linux.
Implemented features:
+ 16-bit mono recording (Linux)
The library is released under the Beer-Ware License (revision 42).
The current version is a binding to ALSA. So far it has only been
tested on:
+ Debian/squeeze (stable) on amd64.
The source code can be downloaded from:
http://repositories.jacob-sparre.dk/alsa-binding
Test reports, extensions to other recording/playback formats, and
implementations for other platforms are welcome.
