The file and package name changed in XML/Ada 1.0
XML/Ada 0.7.1 tree_readers.ads == XML/Ada 1.0 dom-readers.ads
The package name also cahnged from:
tree_readers to Dom.Readers.
A bit of a nuisance, but it follows the structure of XML/Ada better.
