Do you actually need the RTOS if you're using Ada?  Given the concurrency
support provided in Ada you may not need it.  Of course, the Ada
implementation you use will use some RTOS-like code "under the hood" to
provide the language concurrency features, but you may be able to do what
you want strictly in Ada -- depends on what you're trying to do.

I suspect the reason there aren't many (any?) RTOSes in Ada because, unlike
C/C++, there's no need for one to do tasking in Ada (yes it's there, but not
visible).
