Indeed, it is in the Technical Corrigendum. See 13.13.2(36.1/1) in the
revised ARM.

(Wondering about that paragraph number? The ".1" means it is the first
inserted paragraph after paragraph 36; the "/1" means that it is from
revision 1 [i.e. Technical Corrigendum 1])
