"Tick" is how it's pronounced: X'Size is spoke as "X Tick Size".
"Attribute notation" is probably a good name. ARM 4.1.4 ("Attributes")
uses "attribute_reference"
attribute_reference ::= prefix'attribute_designator
The apostrophe is also used for character literals.
