Now that ASIS is an ISO standard, you have to pay money to get the offical
document.

  ASIS is now officially listed as a DIS at the
  http://www.iso.ch/cate/d27169.html URL in English and at the
  http://www.iso.ch/catf/d27169.html URL in French.
