It is very sad to see nothing in the Tri-Ada conference agenda concerning
Ada's shaky status outside the Ada Mandated world, either in terms of finding
out how bad things are, or finding ways to better foster and evangelize Ada
use outside the Mandated World. These lovefests do Ada no good. Entire
strategies sessions should be held to brainstorm on increasing Ada use.

It is very sad to see nothing in the Tri-Ada conference agenda concerning
the integration of DoD hardware and software design by integrating VHDL and
Ada tools. An investment requiring little investment but providing many
returns. This lack of vision does Ada no good.

It is very sad to see a long list of Ada exhibitors at Tri-Ada, exhibitors
who rarely if ever are present at most of the non-Mandated trade shows such
as the Software Engineering conferences, the Object Oriented conferences, etc.
If nothing else guys, why waste time and money selling to the choir? There
is more money converting the sinners, if indeed your products are saintly.

As polite as I can be, this Tri-Ada agenda is sad to read. It is
impossible for Ada to help the DoD achieve its software goals without much
better interactions between the Mandate world, and the general software
industry (as the SEI pointed out many years ago and then conveniently forgot).
This agenda does not shown any concern for improving this relationship. Sad.
