Can we have an explanation why an amply funded government archive effort
can't accomplish what a host of university and corporate sites do everyday
with far less money?

Speaking of which, why isn't there a "comp.sources.ada" on USENET?
Everyday, hundreds of megabytes of code in other languages are posted and
downloaded from the nets with little work required? We all paid for all
of this Ada code with our taxes - why can't we get it as easily as all
of the other "comp.source.XXX" sources posted (many of which are very large
files, so don't use that excuse).
