Subject: Ada waiver for RCAS

Does anyone know the language that RCAS is or will be programmed in, now
that the Army has a waiver not to use Ada? How many lines of code will RCAS
encompass.
Also, a few years ago someone (I think SAIC) was awarded a billion dollars
for the CHCS Comprehensive Health Care System project, which as I remember,
is to be written in MUMPS (because "it is a portable, rapid-prototyping,
software engineering language"). Is CHCS still being developed in MUMPS,
and how many lines of code there? And did a waiver have to be obtained not
to use Ada?
