Because it is replaced by the much more useful pragma Import. Most Ada
95 compilers will provide pragma interface anyway for backwards
compatibility (GNAT does for example).

Because the superior pragmas Import, Export and Convention provide a
superset of it functionality. Compiler vendors are permitted to provide
pragma interface for upwards compatibility.
