  does there exist a tool that inputs an Ada package and displays
the packages that this package "withs" in a pictorial fashion and then in
turn shows the "withs" for these packages? (i.e. a reverse engineer to 
an architecture representation)

  I'm looking for freeware/public domain software.

  this is for Ada83 code
