Perhaps, but IMO Ada is no more difficult to use than C or C++ (quite the 
opposite in my case) even when adopting a slapdash "hack until it works" 
non-methodology. I've found that even if I do that I can lazily rely on
Ada's rigorous type checking to get working code more quickly. So I
wouldn't be so quick to disregard the more mundane world of "lower"
reliability development. Indeed, it may be a selling point that if your
developers are using Ada they get a bit more reliability for free.
