Suppose you write a somewhat interactive, but highly computational
program - video rendering, say - to use all the cores. Then I come along
and want to control it with speech recognition, which needs a lot of CPU.
Your program will do the rendering slightly faster by trying to monopolize
all the CPUs, but the interactive control will be very poor.
